13 Deadly Google Sins - Is Your Website Committing Any of These?
With so many webmasters constantly courting Google for some search love, it's easy to overlook some of the most fundamental and basic reasons why Google wont show you as much affection as you'd like. Here's a list of my top 13 sins (in no particular order) that will see your advances spurned by Google:1. Flash-only sitesNo matter what people tell you, getting any sort of decent ranking for Flash-based websites is always going to be far tougher than for the HTML-based equivalent. Flash may look great and often offer a great user experience, but from a Search Engine point of view Flash is a death-trap.2. Canonical URL issueIt's quite well documented that Google sees the non-www and www version of any website as different pages. If your site is accessible via both www and non-www URL you may have some indexing and supplemental issues with Google (to test this type your website address into your browser using first the www.yoursit

Interest Rate: The Key Factor on Car Loans!
There are such wide variations in APR between lenders that you can end up overpaying on your car loan up to 30% or even more. Thus, before considering a car loan you should become aware of the current average car loan rates in order to avoid being ripped off. You also need to watch closely for any hidden costs and fees that can also turn an otherwise good deal into a very heavy burden. What you need to do is avoid rushing in and do a thorough research on the car Comparing New Car Loan Rates In order to analyze new car loan rates, you can use an interest calculator to gather data about different loans like the monthly installments for a loan, its annual interest rate, total number of months to repay the loan, total amount of cash used, total amount given on your trade-in, any extra fees at delivery or for title transfer, sales tax percentage rate charged on loan, net amounts for down payments (cash down and trade-in), total price for vehicle and total
As we walk these halls of Life viewing the world and ourselves through our limited and often times limiting perspectives, who can really fathom the depth of another? Didn’t we all at one time believe in Santa Clause? Didn’t we all believe at one time, that when we closed our eyes we disappeared? Didn’t we all used to believe we were the center of the world? Where did those perspectives go? Are we now sure that we have it ‘really right’, or are we still clutching at temporary viewpoints and transient opinions, unknowingly defending mirages? Who can really judge who sees clearly? Who can really say who is deluded? Who is really in touch with reality? Perspectives change and for the most part do not belong to us, but rather happen to us. All perspectives are partial, and because they are partial, they are incomplete (even this one). Because they are incomplete they are in a sense, a lie (even this one). On Business - Branding and Backyard Fences Part II
Access Part I of the article by visiting my Small Business Branding Blog.Although Jane was nodding in agreement during my entire rant, I sensed she still needed more convincing to fully understand what to do after your brand is developed.Let me share some background...After going through my brand design process, we determined Jane's market position as a 'Life Coach' was much too vague and didn't speak to her true passion of helping people let go of their past in order to embrace their future. In a few short weeks of assessments, soul searching and refocusing, we repositioned her practice to emphasize her process, which serves as a conduit between the anchor of your past, and the door to your future.Although Jane had begun to fill her calendar with appointments, and recently created her first wait list, she wasn't enjoying the process of growing her pra

Vocational Training -- the Other School Meat
Many of us have been told that a college degree is necessary in order to land a satisfying career that has a good salary. However, while experts agree that most careers do require postsecondary training or education, statistics show that only a small percentage of jobs will demand a bachelor’s or professional degree. If you are undecided about whether or not attending a four-year college is right for you, what is a reasonable alternative?A great option to a four-year college is a vocational training program. Vocational training programs offer specialized instruction to help students develop the knowledge and skills necessary to perform a specific job. In addition, these programs often have small class sizes -- which allow for one-on-one communication with the instructor -- and are completed in a much shorter timeframe. Many training programs are also offered on the Internet, enabling you to study from the comfort of your own home and on your own schedule.

Submit Your FAFSA Early to Increase Your Chance of Receiving Federal Student Loans
NextStudent, the Phoenix-based premier education funding company, recommends that you submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), as close to Jan. 1 as possible because, although official deadlines for submitting the FAFSA vary from state to state, disbursement of federal aid is limited and awarded on a first-come first-serve basis. Students and parents should find time before the new year to collect all the information they need to complete the FAFSA so they can be prepared to submit as soon as possible and increase their chance of receiving need-based federal student loans. The Application Process Made Easier Students should visit the FAFSA website to get tools that will help them complete the FAFSA, including the pre-application work sheet. Although not part of the official application, this work sheet helps students and parents gather all the information they need to complete their application online (and offline, for
are partial, they are incomplete (even this one). Because they are incomplete they are in a sense, a lie (even this one). A perspective is one particular view point of one particular ‘viewer’ (person), from one particular space, frozen in one particular moment in time. One moment’s perspective is also the next moment’s food. But if we are going to share a perspective that is always a partial truth and also a partial lie, can we at least do so while holding the perspective lightly? Can we see through our own limited views, thus freeing ourselves from their limiting nature? Because all perspectives are by nature temporary and partial, can we simultaneously see from and also see through our own opinions, judgements, biases, views or perspectives? Consider: as you lay on your deathbed in your final moments, how important were those perspectives you defended through out your passing life? Where are those perspectives now?

Let me be clear. I have grown weary of belief system
