When nature has a big storm or a volcano erupts or the rain falls or the snow comes or the wind blows or the sun shines is it a mess?? Some might think so but it is earth happening, doing its thang!
We as live beings must do our thing! Crying, with-holding, unfolding, shaking, shuttering... Wailing, loving, embracing... All these are our humanity. This is what we are! We are not stone!!! We are flesh and bone!!! We move and we wake and stir and we shake! We are alive! And it is essential to let that movement occur! Without the movement we die!
The spiral is the most vital movement to life. Let the spiral within happen. Let yourself be stirred and unwound! Unbound! The spiral unshackles and frees, creates and destroys. Look at the galaxy, the tornado, the movement of the atom.
The whirling dervish whirls for a reason. It frees. It connects to the primordial stir of creation.
In the beginning was the spiral – before that there was nothing.
In the nothingness there was a stir and that stir was a spiral out of which all of creation, all of existence mounts itself.
Become familiar with the spiral, open to it and you open to life, a life immortal, for to stir within its perfect pace we can live forever, in letting go, in cleansing the unfamiliar, in whirling while the dry and wet mud caked- on for years flies away in the centrifuge called life, are beings purified so that Life can live through us.
Life is primordial. It knows. It has wisdom. It wants to live. Align with both life and death too. Death has its way. Let death happen to our ways and we can embrace more of life. We hold on but sometimes we must let go.

Be like the flowers now beginning to bud! Or, just barely shooting up out of the cold, barren winter.
The sun is shining and we are being touched! You don’t have to do anything! Except allow! Let life stir in you. And let it bloom in you as well. You know not what mysterious flower awaits your transfiguration!
The seed does not resist the spiral which cracks it and makes it way out by way of a green shoot which winds its way up, through the dark, damp abyss to break through to a surface where it can see the sun!
