Righting the Wrong; Turning the Tables on Blog Tyranny
It has been duly noted that so often human behavior on Internet Forums and Blogs gets out of control with name calling and such. Generally this happens when one participant goes out of their way to offend another and then the disrespected party gets their feathers ruffled and begins to seek revenge. Egos ensue and the battle begins, often it goes on and on. If you are caught embattled in a Blog Controversy, whether you started it or inadvertent

    Come clean
Cleanliness is the most basic component of beauty. Make sure that you keep your face and body clean. Wash your face at least twice a day and take a bath everyday. If you wear makeup during the day, make sure you remove all of it every night.

    Get your beauty sleep
It's not just a turn of phrase. Getting adequate sleep does make you look more beautiful. Late nights put your skin at risk for dryness, wrinkling, a

Malcolm Baldrige Values and Concepts Part 4 - Valuing Employees and Partners
In this issue, I will share my experience acquired from the conglomerate and its operating companies. For the purpose of this article, I will articulate the Valuing Employees and Partners which is one of the eleven core values and concepts used in Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. As before, I will use case studies to show how some of the companies implement them.To recap, below are the Eleven Core Values and Concepts of Baldrige
Everyone wants fresher, smoother, younger-looking skin. But is the solution to be found in any of the countless products being sold in stores and online? Here are some sensible suggestions for better skin that don't involve strange ingredients.

    Shun the sun
Sun exposure is the number 1 cause of skin damage. Even if you don't use any skin care products, protecting your skin from the sun will greatly improve the health, and therefore the appearance, of your skin. Use a waterproof sunscreen and lip balm everyday, each with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15.

    Eat your vegetables
Your mother was right. Eating right does make you look better. Fruits and vegetables contain the vitamins you need for both health and beauty, including antioxidants that slow aging and keep your skin fresher and smoother.

    Drink up
Getting plenty of fluids helps keep your skin clearer and softer. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of fluid a day, and make sure that you drink mostly water and unsweetened fruit juice. Beverages high in caffeine, such as coffee, tea, and cola, are diuretics, that is, they cause you to lose fluid through the urine. Beverages high in alcohol accelerate the aging process and put you at risk for diseases of the liver.

    Moisturize
Use a moisturizer on your face and a lotion on the rest of your body. Think of it as giving your skin a drink from the outside. Simply getting your skin wet won't do the trick; you have to lock the moisture in. After bathing or washing, gently pat your skin dry with a towel. (Leaving your skin to air-dry will dry your skin much too well, and you don't want that.) Then apply a thin coat of moisturizer or lotion. Moisturizing after bathing or washing will help your skin hold on to the moisture it received during your bath.

Your skin care regimen doesn't have to consist of products that are expensive, high-tech, or loaded with obscure ingredients. Just make sure you use them properly and regularly. If you don't know enough about skin care products to be able to tell which ones you should use, see a dermatologist.

Bear in mind that skin care products work differently on different people. One skin care product may work well on another person but be unhelpful (or worse, harmful) to you.

    S Corporation Forms
An S corporation is a type of corporation that the IRS recognizes. S corporations follow taxation rules that differ from those that regular corporations follow. A main difference is that S corporations are exempt from double taxation. This is because the owner declares the income a corporation receives in individual tax returns. Corporations are not subjected to taxation of the income. The taxation rules follow those of sole proprietorship and

eBay Auction Home Business Tutorial: Creating Ebooks With Ebook Pro
In past eBay tutorials, we talked about how people on eBay are willing to pay to learn what you already know - and the best way to convey (and sell!) that information to them is through an electronically delivered book, or "ebook". When a customer purchases your ebook, you just email it to them, and you're done!We talked about using Microsoft Word and Adobe Professional to create ebooks, and the pros and cons of each. 10 Tips to Better Business Blogging
Blogging opens up a new way of communication, but having a blog is just the beginning of a journey to the exciting blogosphere. Owning a business blog is entirely different than a personal blog. If you are just starting out, expect to make mistakes, but don’t give up!It helps to think about the growth of a blog as exponential. Well, not all of them end up like that. But especially if your company is not a popular brand, your blog will gr

    Get physical
Regular physical exercise will improve your overall health and make your skin look better. Exercise helps clear your body of toxins, makes you feel happier, and gives you a youthful glow.

    Stop smoking
Cigarette smoking increases buildup of toxins in your body, affecting the appearance of your skin as well as your general health. Quitting smoking now will translate into a host of health (and beauty) benefits for you in the long term.

    Loosen up
Reduce stress in your life. Improve your methods of coping with stress and let go of minor annoyances. Frown lines don't happen by accident. They settle in after a lifetime of making faces.

Remember, beautiful skin is not about the products you use. Living a healthy life and maintaining a positive outlook are the keys to looking better.
