Prepaid Cellular - Same Features? Is There a Catch?
Companies that offer expensive, long-term cellular contracts will attempt to woo you with offers of value-added services such as text messaging, ring tones, and voicemail. These sorts of services are indeed wonderful and convenient, but the fact of the matter is, you can get the exact same services with your prepaid plan. Things like caller ID and call waiting are common on any type of cell phone, whether it is prepaid or contract.Text messaging, regardless of whether you are using a phone with a long-term contract or a prepaid phone, is the same, and you can enjoy this feature with most prepaid cell phones. You just type your message into the telephone keypad, put in the mobile phone number of your friend, and hit the send key.Depending on your provider, you will probably be charged a low per-message fee. Besides sending text messages between cell phones, some carriers will also provide you with the ability to send text messages to email addresses or IM addresses, and may allow you to send the same messages to a group of recipients at the same time.Typing messages into a telephone keypad does take some getting used to, but some providers include "predictive" technology that makes it a little easier. This handy technology predicts what you are trying to type based on the first few cha

    Weird Things Get Attention
Try This NowTake a good look around and make a list of all the objects you can see that are blue. Take your time, there is no hurry.Got your list? You've probably got between five and fifteen objects. Now shut your eyes and think of all the red things you saw when making the list. The weird thing is that you will be able to think of one or two objects but if look around now, you will see just as many red things as blue things. The human brain is an amazing filter and will ignore anything it doesn't consider important. This is why when looking for blue objects, you ignored the red. This is very useful for the brain as it can focus on the important thing but it is a nightmare for advertisers and sellers. Unless the customer is already looking for you, they are not going notice you. In order to beat human nature, weird things need to happen.I Blame Saber-Toothed Tigers Caveman Gog is walking through the forest back towards the cave. Its been a long, fruitless day hunting antelope and he is tired. Too busy worrying about how he will attract a mate if he can't catch any food he doesn't notice the tiger until its too late.Gog's brother, Zog, is also walking back through the jungle, empty handed. Jesus sent the comforter to lead us and guide us unto all truth.

1: Pe.1:1 An apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, 2: Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. 3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4: To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

Col.1:12. Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: 15: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Jesus is called the only begotton son in the Gospels. After the Gospels, He is called the 1st born. He is not the only begotton Son of God any more, He is the 1st born. That implies there is a 2nd born a 3rd born and so on down the line.

Vs.13. Who hath delivered us from the authority of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear son. 14: In whom we have redemption Not in whom we are going to get redemption.

Col:1:15: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 22: In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

That is the redeemed man in the sight of God! We need to see that we have been bought with a precious price.

1Cor:6:20: For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

1Cor: 7:23: Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.

Ep.2:1: And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; 2: Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

Eph:2:6: And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

We were made to sit together with Him in heavenly places. According to God’s Word, that’s where we are right now. We have been redeemed, we are not going to get redeemed someday.

[If you are in Christ, You have been redeemed.]

Our redemption can not be based on what we feel, but only on the Word of God.

God accepts the price Jesus paid for me! And I have to accept the price Jesus paid for me as well. When sin comes up we have 1st Jn. 1:9 We can restore our fellowship, our right standing with God. The devil has no right to condemn you. Your sin is really none of the devils business, he’s not our god. If you confess your sin, He is faithful and just to forgive your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. I believe that I receive my forgiveness, therefore,

Rom:8:1: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Paul went on to say in the 34th verse.

Rom:8:34: Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. We are right there with Jesus! So when you sin, ask and receive your forgiveness and go on! Don’t let the devil beat you over the head with it. He is faithful and just. I believe I have received, not because I feel like it. Feeling can be fickle. On any particular day you can feel good or bad, but the Word of God is true and abides forever, whether we feel like it or not.

Rom:3:4: By no means! Let God be true though every man be false, as it is written, "That thou mayest be justified in thy words, and prevail when thou art judged."

You are justified in your words. My feelings better get in line with Gods Word. My words better get in line with God’s Word. Don’t base your faith on feelings, feelings can and will change.

1.) I have been bought with a price. We already read.

    3.) I have been redeemed.

We already read in 2Co. 5:17 that we are new creatures in Christ Jesus We must realize we have authority over Satan. When the Word comes and is sown in your heart, Satan immediately comes to steal it. Hide the Word in your heart. His Word will brings light and understanding . The entrance of His Word giveth light. Meditate on who you are in Christ. I believe in the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus Christ. I take my position as His child and His son. I am a joint heir with Jesus. I am a believer, and I believe God’s Word is true. All things are possible unto me because I’m a believer, and because the Word of God can not return void. I believe it in my heart and I confess it with my mouth. Glory to God. This is where you put yourself in a place where you begin to partake of your privileges as a child of God, and God will respond to you. We are worthy in Christ Jesus and must come to that realization, before we can walk in it. This is not some kind of bravado. True humility accepts what the Word says, even though you know you know didn’t or could not have earned it. False humility is just that, false. True humility says Lord Your Word says I am worthy, therefore I am worthy because I’m in Christ Jesus. The Father sees us in Him. Aren’t you glad that He does. Jesus paid the highest price that could be paid for our redemption, there was no greater price that could have been paid, therefore if He says that I am worthy, then I am. Equity Of Redemption
A mortgage is an interest in land created by a contract, not a loan. More specifically, a mortgage is a type of security for a debt. Although almost all mortgage agreements contain a promise to repay a debt, a mortgage is not a debt by and in itself. More importantly, a mortgage is a transfer of a legal or equitable interest in land, on the condition sine qua non that the interest will be returned when the terms of the mortgage contract are performed. This right of the borrower to repay the lender once the terms of the mortgage contract are fully satisfied is known, at law, as equity of redemption.Mortgage Law originated in the English feudal system in approximately the 12th century A.D. In the early part of the English feudal period, the legal effect of a mortgage was to convey to the lender both the title of an interest in land and the actual possession of the land. This conveyance was absolute, subject only to the lender’s promise to re-convey the property to the borrower, if the specified sum of the underlying debt was repaid by the date set out in the mortgage contract. If the borrower failed to comply with the terms, the interest in land became the lender’s, and the borrower had no further claim or recourse to the property.Because the law at that time did not reco

What If I Am Late On A Mortgage?
Mortgage Payment HistoryYour mortgage payment history is a critical part of your credit score. How you pay your mortgage is something other mortgage lenders look at very closely if you are looking to buy another property or refinance. This is usually more important to a mortgage lender than any other payment problem on a credit report.Mortgage lenders want to know that even if you are late on your payments on other lines of credit that you are always on time with their payment.Mortgage Late PaymentsSome borrowers are occasionally late because of mix-ups.This can be because a loan has been sold to a different lender and the payment was sent to a previous lender. This can and does happen to borrowers.Because of this a late payment may show up on their credit and their ability to refinance may be affected.Loan OffersSome lenders are very strict about certain loan programs. They may not allow any mortgage late payments within the past 12 or 24 months.Other lenders are willing to accommodate lenders who are occasionally late by 30 days. This may be due to a simple oversight by the borrower.Very Late PaymentsThere are mortgage lenders that specialize in borrowers you are late by 30 days, 60 days, or more. They usually

Category Five Economy or Small Dust Devil in 2006
Many are looking at the United State’s current economy and saying what an incredible machine it truly is. It is a resilient Swiss watch and will not stop cruising along. Others say it is such a powerful economy it is like a Category Five Hurricane, which could easily get dangerously out of control and we need to keep a careful eye on it. Is the economy in 2006 going to be the same robust economy of 2006?Is it going to continue to be what some call a Cat 5 Economy or is it going to be a mere Dust Devil with occasional sector rotations throughout 2006? Currently we see fuel costs up; that is to say heating fuel and gasoline. Some regions natural gas has skyrocketed and this seems to be a season occurrence, which is happening with greater spikes each year. In 2006 we already see signs of gasoline price spikes on the horizon, which is not going to be helpful for consumer spending or auto sales. We are seeing the advance trickle affect of all those Auto Maker lay-offs through out the economy in regions where these manufacturing jobs will be occurring. The Stock Market was flat in 2005, so much for investing long-term this year, you money would have been better off in the bank, even with interest rates so low.We see another curious sign and that is Gold and Silver up and other world markets

Phil:2:6: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: I don’t call it robbery to be called a joint heir with Jesus, I am in Him, I am in Christ Jesus. He bought and paid the ultimate price for me. I accept that, and will act like it is so. We are joint heirs together with Him. We didn’t earn it, or couldn’t have earned it. It’s a free gift, and I accept and acknowledge it.

Ps.119:89. For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.

Jn:16:13: Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

When Jesus was raised up from the dead, and we partook of that resurrection, we received the Nature of God within us. Because of that fact, The Spirit of truth will guide us into all truth, but we have to renew our minds with the Word of God.

7 Ways To Save On Your InkJet Printing Costs
Inkjet printers are not only getting better, they're also getting less expensive. Why is that? The inkjet printer manufacturers have built their business around the supplies rather than the printer itself. They make the printers as inexpensive as possible, sometimes selling them at cost, or less and making long term profits from the inkjet cartridges.Manufacturers regularly warn about using generic cartridges, and highly recommend their own. Truth be told, there is very little difference between the two and you can regularly save over half of your current manufacturer branded cartridge purchases. To help keep your inkjet supply costs low, here are seven tips that will keep you under budget:1. When printing inter-office, internal, personal or draft documents, use the "draft" and "grayscale" options in your printer settings. This will save on both black ink was well as color ink. Save color and standard black for your final document print.2. Select inkjet printers that use separate black and color inkjet cartridges like the Canon "i" series. Many of these printers have 2 black and 4 color cartridges that allow you to replace only the colors that are running low, not just the one 'color' cartridge as many printers often do. This saves on long term cartridge costs and lengthen
hat He does. Jesus paid the highest price that could be paid for our redemption, there was no greater price that could have been paid, therefore if He says that I am worthy, then I am. It doesn’t matter if I feel like it or not, I am the righteousness of God in Christ.

If you already have received Jesus as our Savior and Lord, You still have to renew your mind in order for the transformation to happen in your life. If we don’t know who we are in Christ Jesus, we can’t renew our minds. Pray like Paul prayed, ask God to open the eyes of your understanding, and begin to meditate on who you are in Christ Jesus. Then watch the transformation happen. It won’t happen overnight, but it will happen. You won’t get into spiritual shape overnight, you didn’t become a spiritually slug overnight. ( I'm not implying anybody here is a spiritual slug) You have to prove it. If you haven’t accepted Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, then I would like to invite you to pray this prayer and receive eternal life right now.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Your word says, “…and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.” (Jn.6:37), So I know You won’t cast me out, but You take me in, And I thank you for it. You said in your Word, "whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.'' (Ro. 10:13). I am calling on Your name, So I know You have saved me now, You also said, “…that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. ” (Ro.10:9,10). I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe He was raised from the dead for my justification. And I confess Him now as my Lord, Because Your Word says, “… with the heart one believes to righteousness…” and I do believe with my heart, I have now become the righteousness of God in Christ. (2 Cor. 5:21), And I am saved! Thank You, Lord! I can now truthfully say, I see myself as a born again child of God!

    Glory to God!!!! Amen.
