5 Steps to Making Money On the Internet
Want to start an online business? That's great because there is an amazing amount of money to be made on the Internet and you can get a piece of it. In the following paragraphs I will talk about some must-have tools and tips that will get you going on the right foot. You'll find that starting an online business is not just about getting any old hosting company, putting up a one-page site and hope for the best. It's important that you get a host which specifically caters to the Internet Marketer needs, learn how to promote your website and building a loyal clientele.1. Build a ListBuilding a list is the most important thing you will ever do to market your product on the Internet. This is something that every successful Internet Marketer does. If you would shut down your website today, this is the one thing you would keep and continue to make money with it.Having a list means that you have established a trust relationship with your prospects or customers. Specifically, it allows you to communicate with them via email. With strict spamming laws in effect, having an opt-in list is increasingly valueable.By far the simplest way, to build a list is to add a Newsletter or Ezine to your site and include a subscription form and encouraging visitors to subscribe.2. Autoresponder MarketingGone are the days of collecting email addresses in an Excel sheet or in a folder in your email software to later send follow-up letters. With today's technology, you can now set-up your business email so that it automatically sends follow up letters to your prospects and try to convert them to customers. If a prospect becomes a customer, he/she will automatically be moved out of the Prospects list and move to the Customer list, where the style and offering of your email will be totally different.irit dwelling in you?' (I Corinthians 3:16). "Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly..." (Colossians 3:16). TRUE APOSTLES A true apostle will focus upon "enabling" The Church, building it from the ground up if necessary. Their focus is first upon the foundation in accordance with Ephesians 2:19-20, "...you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone." True apostles help the Church to stand on its own two feet. Ideally, a true apostle understands the early Church-style expression of Church life as non-leaders before they were sent out to plant churches and bring them to maturity. Sadly, I've never personally met a self- proclaimed, "titled" apostle who plants churches that gather according to New Testament guidelines. On the other hand, I HAVE met individuals who can EASILY be described as "apostles" because they are functioning as such but are NOT recognized as such by the Church at large because t Press Releases Are Not Just For Big Announcements The word "apostle" is derived from the Greek word, apostolos, which
means messenger, ambassador, literally a "Sent One." Although the
term is most often used to describe the Twelve Apostles, certain others,
including Paul and Barnabas, were also referred to by this term
according to God's purposes at any given time.Despite what you may, think press releases are not only for when you have important news or a big announcement to make. All it takes is a slant on what you are putting out and you can write press releases any time and get them published. There are a couple of things to keep in mind when you are looking to have your press release published, however. The first is to let them know how your community has a niche that your company fills. This could be anything from a Kosher deli to custom Harley paint jobs. The important thing is to let the community know that you are the answer to their questions or things they didn't even know they needed. If your company donates to the community through money donations, through labor or even by donating products, it is acceptable to write a press release stating what you have been up to since the last time you released news. When your employees go out and help build a home for Habitat for Humanity, spend time reading to kids or feeding the hungry, a press release will not only make the employee feel valued, but it will pass along the information to the community. You can even do a human-interest type piece about how your company got started. What was the idea that made you think you could make living selling doggy sweaters in Florida? Was it tough to get funding? How much did you struggle to get the money together to open the franchise? Did you have support from your family or was it all on your own? Whatever the answers are to these questions, write about it.Watch the news; tell how your business relates to current events. If gas is at an all time high, tell them how your mechanic services will help save gas by making their engines run more efficiently.Another great thing to keep in mind is, when readers look at press Theirs was NOT a title; it was a function. NOTE: Apostles were ALL Disciples but not all Disciples were Apostles Disciple is derived from the Greek word, mathaytes, which means learner, or student. Generally, apostles have always been chosen from among the disciples (Matthew 10:1), therefore, there have always been far fewer apostles than disciples. By definition, an apostle of God is a messenger of God. Even Jesus Himself is referred to in this way: "Therefore, holy brethren, who share in a heavenly call, consider Jesus, the APOSTLE and high priest of our confession. He was faithful to Him Who appointed Him," (Emphasis mine, Hebrews 3:1-2 RSV). Notice that Jesus was, Himself, a SENT ONE. In John 20:21 (RSV), "Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent Me, even so I SEND you," (Emphasis mine, ). Again, notice that Jesus SENT the disciples, thus making them SENT ONES, too. True apostles were, and still are, traveling itinerant ministers. They are those SENT by the Lord, and often by The Church* itself to plant new Christian communities (House Churches; Simple Churches) and strengthen the Body of Christ. Often, these Sent Ones are actually called-upon, just as Paul was, in the vision he received of the man from Macedonia. In other instances, they will go to a place where there already exists some Believers in Jesus (Acts 16:11-15) who may need training and encouragement. At other times, their mission may be to establish The Church from scratch. My wife and I, for example, will be leaving for a weekend in mid-May to do exactly this with a group in California. Two other groups in Africa and two in Texas have made similar requests this month. I, personally, know several ministers who are criss-crossing the nation in an effort to build into the Body of Christ in exactly this same manner. I believe God is raising up more and more Itinerant Ministries such as this - people who willfully and obediently leave the comforts of home and family to fulfill the Great Commission as the Spirit leads. In fact, I will be attending an important meeting of such Itinerant Ministers who will be gathering in California soon. Please intercede for this gathering of men and women. The term “intellectual property” denotes the specific legal rights which authors, inventors and other property holders may hold and exercise, and not the intellectual work itself. The laws confer a bundle of exclusive rights in relation to the particular form or manner in which ideas or information are expressed or manifested, and not in relation to the ideas or concepts themselves. They are designed to protect different forms of subject matter. Copyright may subsist in creative and artistic works (e.g. books, poems, movies, music, paintings, photographs, databases, and software) and give a copyright holder the exclusive right to control reproduction or adaptation of such works for a certain period of time.A patent may be granted for a new, useful, and non-obvious invention, and gives the patent holder an exclusive right to commercially exploit the invention for a certain period of time (typically 20 years from the filing date of a patent application).A trademark is a distinctive sign which is used to distinguish the products or services of differentbusiness. An industrial design right protects the form of appearance, style or design of an industrial object (e.g. spare parts, furniture, or textiles).A trade secret (which is sometimes either equated with, or a subset of, “confidential information”) is secret, non-public information concerning the commercial practices or proprietary knowledge of a business, public disclosure of which may sometimes be illegal.Patents, trademarks, and designs rights are sometimes collectively known as industrial property, as they are typically created and used for industrial or commercial purposes. The protection of intellectual property is that the laws facilitate and encourage the pursuit and disclosure of innovation into the public doma Perhaps your current situation is not permitting you to travel...kids in school, a demanding job, etc. There are often many reasons why we Christians CAN'T do something but there is ALWAYS one REALLY GOOD reason why we SHOULD. Whether talking to leaders, coaches, trainers, meeting facilitators, plant operators or anyone else, I’m sure the reaction is the same.“Duh, Kevin, that’s profound.”I believe we all know how to be great listeners when we really want to be. Times like: on a second date, when comforting someone who is hurting, when helping someone we care about. All of these are times we have experienced, and if our listening were graded in these situations, we would all score high. So, listening is a skill we already have, and can perform quite well in certain situations. The problem is we don’t practice our skills at our best in nearly enough situations. In fact, there are sometimes that we are awful listeners. Times like:- When we are angry.- When we are busy.- When we don’t care or are uninterested.- When we are bored. Most of us aren’t very good listeners in these situations. But it is in many of these situations when improving our listening habits will pay us the biggest dividends. What can we do then to improve our listening habits in these difficult times? The Seven “Gets”There are seven specific “Gets” that I recommend to you in any situation when you aren’t at your listening best. Here they are:Get Curious. I learned this in college. I was most successful in classes I was interested in. So, to improve my success in other classes I looked for what I found interesting or wondered about. When I got more curious I became more interested, listened more carefully and was more successful. The same is true for meetings or one-on-one conversations. Become curious and you will listen more carefully, ask questions for *Please note that, when I use the word "Church", it does not pertain to a building or an institution that is officiated by a man called "pastor" who preaches sermons. Years ago, it was extremely difficult to get approved for a home loan with bad credit. However, many lenders are offering a range of bad credit loans that make homeownership a reality for the millions of people living with poor credit. How to Benefit the Most from a Bad Credit Mortgage LoanBad credit mortgage loans have several benefits. Many people avoid these loans because of the higher interest rates. Instead of focusing on the negative aspect of bad credit mortgages individuals should reflect on the fact that these mortgages can help improve credit rating. Higher credit scores will qualify you for better mortgage rates in the future.Although individuals with poor credit have options, it is important to take necessary steps to help improve your credit score before applying for a home loan. Moreover, when the time comes to find a lender, shopping around is essential for locating the lowest rate.Make Slight Credit Improvements before ApplyingImproving credit score is a long process that requires determination and patience. If you are hoping to buy a home with past credit problems, it’s wise to fix credit issues before applying for a mortgage. Credit has a huge role in the approval process. Lenders prefer good credit applicants. Nonetheless, they are willing to work with those who have a low credit score.Having good credit opens the door for many financing options. Furthermore, better mortgage rates are offered to those with a high score. There is a difference between having bad credit and terrible credit. If you have bad credit, getting approved with a comparable rate is doable. On the other hand, I HAVE met individuals who can EASILY be described as "apostles" because they are functioning as such but are NOT recognized as such by the Church at large because they don't find it necessary to receive a title. I wish I could say that I knew of a church that was planted by a so- called apostle that is gathering under the Headship of Jesus Christ without all the "churchy" manmade trappings, where the members know one another intimately, love each other unconditionally, and are experiencing a depth in Christ, where decisions are made by the community with no one "lording' over another, where lives are being transformed and where every-member functions without any individual's control. Such is the fruit of TRUE biblical, apostolic ministry (1 Corinthians 9:2; 2 Corinthians 3:1-4). Far too often, titled "apostles" in today's so-called "apostolic movement" are clinging to practices that are rooted in manmade and even pagan tradition, things that have hindered the Headship of Jesus Christ and the advancement of His Kingdom for over 1700 years. Final thoughts on true apostles: An apostle can be a prophet and a prophet can be an apostle. An apostle can be TRAINED to function as an apostle, but only by exposure to other apostles. Many Christians can and should become apostles, I believe, allowing themselves to serve as additional "sent ones," in other words. A major hindrance to our understanding of true apostleship is that our understanding is simply too grandiose. Christians have elevated the office of "Pastor" to such significance that an apostle must be greater still. After the apostle, what's next? A prophet? Then what...God? Most of us would not acknowledge an apostle unless he came across like a Paul or a Peter. Likewise, we will not accept a prophet unless he measures up to Elijah. In the same way, when we think of, let's say, an evangelist, we think of Billy Graham and nothing less will do. Truth is, many of the apostles in the New Testament were such ordinary people (Barnabas, Andronicus, Junia), that very little was written about them. If we were to stop looking for the spectacular, we would find there are many people in our ranks who are called to be apostles, sent ones who go about establishing churches and training and equipping as they are needed. These "apostling" types may actually come from anywhere within our ranks - from the one we refer to as "Pastor" to the least-likely among us; one who is simply willing and whose life in Christ is unbridled. Most Christian groups can't see themselves functioning without human leadership and, therefore, in our inability to rely solely upon the guidance and teaching of the Holy Spirit Himself, the Church at large fails to occupy new territory. Rather, she hunkers down within the four walls and expects the lost to come to THEM. The "sent ones" in your midst may not be in the same league as Paul or Elijah, but they could exercise some extremely valid ministries and more rapidly advance God's Kingdom. The purpose of Pentecost was to pour the Holy Spirit out onto ALL believers. This means that EVERY believer can have a ministry. We need a Church structure that allows every member to develop into a minister. Rather than a few celebrity Christians in pulpits, , God seems to prefer many - even millions - of small ministries anointed with His Spirit. FEMALE APOSTLES? Years ago, a lady called me and asked what the difference was between an apostle and an epistle. "Is an epistle a female apostle?" she asked, totally serious. Like it or not, women have always played an important role in the advancement of God's Kingdom, even serving in foundational roles. In Exodus 15:20, Miriam, the sister of Aaron was a prophetess and one of the triad of leaders of Israel during the Exodus from Egypt. In Judges 4 & 5, Deborah, a prophet-judge, headed the army of ancient Israel. New Testament examples can be found in Acts 21:8: Philip the evangelist had four unmarried daughters who were prophets. In Romans 16:3, Paul refers to Priscilla as another of his "fellow workers in Christ Jesus." Other translations refer to her as a "co-worker." Still others attempt to downgrade her status by calling her a mere "helper." The original Greek word is "synergoi," which literally means "fellow worker" or "colleague." In Romans 16:7, Paul refers to a male apostle, Andronicus, and a female apostle, Junia, as "outstanding among the apostles." The Amplified Bible translates this passage as "They are men held
