Do You Make These Ten Management Mistakes?
As a busy executive, you face some extremely difficult challenges like creating and dominating new markets or finding and keeping the best people.  But then, like many executives, do you find yourself spending too much time solving everyday problems (that only you can solve, right?), which prevent you from growing your ideal business? Most managers find themselves spending 80% or more of their time “reacting” to business events and very little time in preventing those same events from occurring again.  If this sounds familiar then you may be making some of these management mistakes: 1. Do you

    Legal Interview Questions
I’d describe legal interview questions as ones that might appear a bit iffy but are actually acceptable depending on the specific job or industry you are interviewing for and depending on where you live and employment laws that apply. Some of the legal interview questions you can be asked might be ones we’ve already discussed on this site. Some questions might simply be part of the interview process to help the employer gauge your suitability for the position and your suitability to join the company and will enquire about your:Work experience and how it relates to the jobEduca
It's The Little Things That Make or Break a Small Business

If you make a poor impression in small things, why should customers trust you with larger ones like buying your product regularly or giving you a big order? In the last two days, I've seen this simple fact proved three times.

I ordered software from Company A. It came with a 30-day trial period, after which I was to be charged for the purchase if I hadn't returned the package. It's now 44 days later and I'm still waiting to be charged for my purchase and receive the code to convert to the full version. I'm having to chase them to take my money.

THe Point of the Interview: Thinking Me, But Talking Them
An interview is about you. Your skills, your impression of the company, your likes and dislikes, your previous experience, what you're looking for.....you, you, you, you, you.But let's be honest. Who cares about their new marketing program - unless you're an employee -- and the program’s success means your job is secure? Who cares about the magnificent president of the company, unless his magnificence (a distinctly, non-universally defined word, by the way) is going to impact you as an employee?Except you're not employed. And you want an offer. So you need to care about all that if you want th

Preparing tax returns is a tough job and just anybody cannot do the work. For tax return preparation work you need to have the assistance of a certified professional CPA. So be it the tax return preparation of an individual or a business it is important to get professional help for this. In United Sates the tax season witnesses a heavy rush of customers to the office of CPAs who work towards helping out in the tax return preparation calculations. Read This Article If You Are Frustrated
Have you recently had someone listen to a problem of yours, a situation which made you angry or a complaint that you had made and then they say; “I understand your frustrations, but you must understand that...” Isn’t it funny? Silly humans, they actually believe you are buying into their BS explanations of why things are the way they are rather than addressing the problem, getting off their butts and righting the wrong or fixing the issue. You know why they do this? They actually think they are engaged in “Conflict Resolution Theory,” and do you know why? Well some moron, okay some individual wrote a bo

Company B took an order from me in person, then failed to deliver the goods. When I called them, they remembered the order, but said they had "mislaid" my credit card details, so hadn't shipped my order. No call to me to explain or get my credit card details. Just silence. Until I called to complain.

Now it may be only me, but in both cases I made a mental note not to do business with those companies again. Since they couldn't handle basic administration, I have little confidence in their ability to do anything else well.

    The Hallmark of Success

It's nothing fancy. In fact, it's just the opposite.

Successful businesses consistently do all the boring, fundamental, basic, necessary
