I will go through each of these one at a time, with the point number corresponding to the above numbering:
1) You can write this yourself, or commission someone to do it for you. Then record it on a set of 12 cds – so they can learn in their car. Offer them both a pdf of the material, and the set of 12 cds.
2) If you have the ability to teach this, create a training core for this. Or buy the resell rights to one someone else has created.
